Our packages are based on your bandwidth and storage requirements (if you use AutoDJ), meaning you don't have to worry about listener slots becoming full or unexpected price increases. If you reach your bandwidth allowance with us, your stream won't be disrupted, you will simply be notified and prompted to increase your bandwidth allowance. Upgrading bandwidth doesn't cause any disruption to your stream. |

Bandwidth Explained
We know it can be difficult figuring out the relationship between bandwidth and real-world listener numbers. Where possible, it’s best to look at your bandwidth usage with your current provider, so that you can select the most appropriate package with us.
If you are unsure of your current bandwidth usage here are some examples. Our Venus package, which includes 1 TB of bandwidth would allow 25 concurrent listeners @ 128 Kbps to be tuned in 24/7 for an entire month. Now this may not sound like much, however we have customers on this package who have peaks of 100 or more listeners, which can be difficult to get your head around if you aren’t familiar with bandwidth allowances and see the 25 listener figure above.
Here's an extreme example - 1TB would allow approx. 750 listeners @ 128 Kbps to be tuned in for 24 hours.
A more realistic example - 1 TB would allow 50 listeners @ 128 Kbps to be tuned in for half the month, this could be over 15 continuous days, or over 12 hours each day where there are 50 listeners, and the other 12 hours of each day where there are no listeners. Hopefully you now have a better understanding of how bandwidth based packages work.
