Note: Once enabled, you won't be able to immediately start your server - and you will also need to stop your server if it's already running, so please read this article in full before making any changes.
Firstly, log in to CentovaCast.
If the server is already online, you'll need to use the 'stop' button on the left to be able to enable AutoDJ.
Once the server is stopped, go to 'Settings' on the left, then click the 'AutoDJ' tab, set AutoDJ to enabled and press Update.
Once enabled, you need to configure AutoDJ in another location. Go to Settings -> Mount Points tab, select the '/stream' mountpoint and then click the 'AutoDJ Settings' tab.
Set 'Use AutoDJ' to yes and enter a mount point name (stream title), and set the bitrate etc to meet your requirements. Press the Update button.
We're almost there, however you wont be able to start your server until you have added at least 2 tracks to an AutoDJ playlist. Heres how to do it:
Firstly you need to upload some MP3's to the server. You can upload songs using 'Files' link in CentovaCast, once on Files simply click the 'Upload' button at the bottom of the page and choose the MP3 you wish to upload. This is designed more for uploading a small number of tracks at a time e.g. less than 100MB.
If you plan to upload more/larger tracks, then it would be better to use FTP. To do this you will need to install an FTP client, such as FileZilla.
1. Login to the FTP server. The host is centovacast.galaxywebsolutions.com, the port is 21, Username is your CentovaCast username and Password is your CentovaCast password.
2. Upon logging in, you should see a folder named 'media'. Click on the 'media' folder and upload your MP3 files by dragging them from your computer into the "media" folder.
3. After uploading MP3's, you can then go to 'Media' in CentovaCast and drag your MP3s from the media library into individual playlists (Standard rotation is the default playlist). You can set up new playlists on the 'Playlists' page.
4. Once finished you need to click onto any playlist names you've updated and press Save for each one.
5. You can now start your server and AutoDJ should start playing by going back to the main CentovaCast page and pressing the Start button.
