SSH Access

We are occasionally asked whether SSH access is permitted on our servers. In the interest of security and stability of service we do not allow SSH access to our customers. We realise there are some instances where a customer may need to use SSH to do something that cant be done via cPanel, in this instance please open a support ticket and we may be able to help. SSH access may also be referred to as Shell, Console or Command Line access. |
