You can use JetBackup in cPanel to retrieve individual files, databases, emails, dns zones and cron jobs. You can also restore the account in its entirety if required.

Simply login to cPanel and look for the 'JetBackups' area, and you'll find all of the options mentioned above. We retain 90 days worth of backups that you can restore to.

If you do a full account restore typical accounts i.e. with than 10GB of files will typically restores within 5-10 minutes, however accounts with more data could take up to 1 hour to complete.

You may not be able to access cPanel during this time. You should refrain from trying to make any further changes to the account.
