SHOUTcast 2 not working when YP listing is set to Public

To be listed on SHOUTcast when using SHOUTcast 2, you must generate an YP Hash Tag. If your stream doesn't have a YP Hash Tag configured, your stream will produce errors when you try tuning in, although it may well appear as though it is online and streaming when checking the SHOUTcast status page (http://streamip:port/)

To create a hash tag, simply click the 'Admin' link in CentovaCast, and click the Administrator Login link in the top right hand side of the SHOUTcast status page.

When prompted, enter the username as admin and your Administrator password (the same you use the login to CentovaCast).

Once logged in click 'Create Authhash', fill out the details about your station and click Create Authhash when done.

Now wait 10-20 minutes, set the server to Public in your encoder and/or in CentovaCast -> Configure -> Server Overrides. You should then restart your server for the changes to take effect.
