509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

If your website is showing error 509 - Bandwidth limit exceeded, this means your website has used more bandwidth than allowed on your current package. You can upgrade your package by logging into the client area and going to 'My Services' -> 'View Details' -> 'Upgrade/Downgrade Package'. Once the invoice for the upgrade is paid, your site will start to load as normal after a few minutes. If for any reason this doesn't happen, please open a support ticket. Bandwdith usage increases as more people visit your site. If you've added more images or other large files such as videos to your site and more people are accessing this content, then your bandwidth usage will increase. Finally, it may be useful to know that the bandwdith count is reset on the 1st of each month. If you run out of bandwidth on the last day of the month for example, you may be happy to wait for the allowance to reset over night. |
