Overview of the affiliate system

Once you have signed up as an affiliate you will be provided with a unique URL to place on your website.

This unique URL will set a cookie containing your affiliate ID in which is valid for up to 90 days, so even if your referral doesn't place an order on the same day you can still receive a credit for the sale. Commission cannot be paid if the user’s browser blocks cookies or if the cookie is otherwise removed before an order is placed.

For each successful referral a one-off credit will be added to your affiliate balance. Once your affiliate balance reaches £5, your account will be credited with £5 which will act as a credit to any invoices on your account.

For example, if you had an invoice for £50 and you redeemed £5 you would only pay the difference i.e. £45, or if you had five invoices at £1 each your £5 credit would cover all of those invoices.

The amount you earn per referral is a fixed rate of 10% of the order total (excluding product addons and domains).

Payment for a successful referral is dependant upon the customer keeping their service active for at least 31 days. This is to ensure that affiliates are not paid for orders cancelled within our 30 day money back guarantee period. This also means your affiliate balance will only be credited from a new referral until the order has been active for 31 days without being cancelled.

Your unique tracking URL should only be placed on your own website(s). We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program and forfeit any earnings if referrals are generated through sending unsolicited emails or by placing the tracking URLs on other websites such as link exchanges or forums.

We may refuse to credit a referral without notice for any reason. Earnings can only be redeemed as account credit with Galaxy Web Solutions Ltd.
