Resellers: Client can't access their website? Server Status page says everything is online?

It's likely that your client by has been blocked by our firewall. The server may appear as down because the firewall blocks all access to the server.

You can check this and unblock your IP address by logging into the client area and navigating to 'My Services' -> 'View Details' -> and you will find an option to check and unblock your IP.

The most common reason for being blocked by our firewall is because of FTP or Mail clients trying to connect to the server repeatedly with the incorrect details.
